Partnership for Every Child plans to give a second breath to mission vision and values that have been guiding EveryChild’s activities over the recent years as well as further capitalize and develop EveryChild’s knowledge and experience in Ukraine. Support to social transformations in the best interests of the children at local, national and international level will continue to be the cornerstone and raison-d’être of the organisation.

EveryChild’s country offices will be effectively closed over the course of 2011 as a result of a process of new strategic thinking and handing over to local and independent organisations in different countries.  Upon acquiring organizational and managerial independence, Partnership for EveryChild will share the key values and remain in contact with EveryChild, but it will work independently on improvement of well-being of vulnerable families with children in Ukraine. Partnership for Every Child was registered as a separate entity during 2010 and took over EveryChild’s activities in Ukraine from 1 April 2011.

«Supporting right of every child to grow up in a safe and secured family remains the core and long-term priority for organisation’s activities, - Vasylyna Dybaylo, Director of Partnership for Every Child explains.

«Our team, well-known to all the stakeholders and supporters, will do their best to develop further professionally and improve skills necessary for effective implementation of complicated tasks aimed at making life of vulnerable families and children without parental care better.

From now on Partnership for Every Child will independently manage scope of activities implemented in our country, this will enable organization to act more confidently and take full responsibility of the decisions and steps taken. On the other hand, we will receive more opportunities to serve better, listen actively to the needs of our beneficiaries, especially children, and react immediately”, - she explains.

The new governing bodies will strengthen effectiveness of Partnership for Every Child’s team, most of all, due to incorporation of rich experience and high-level expertise of national and regional experts. This will enable organisation’s immediate response to the needs of vulnerable families and children without parental care.

Partnership for Every Child also plans to introduce new image and brand, present exciting opportunities of voluntary involvement in current projects for supporters and partners, improve the range and forms of support of organisation’s initiatives.
